Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup pico de gallo, fresh or store-bought
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  2. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  3. Spread each tortilla with nacho cheese sauce, then top with the cooked beef, a generous spoonful of pico de gallo, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
