  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, and set aside. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

How to Prepare

In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs with the granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract, mixing well.
