  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Set aside.

How to Prepare

  1. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Blend in the mashed bananas, banana liqueur, and vanilla extract.
